Directions
- Prepare Breading Components. Set up 3 medium-sized mixing bowls. To one bowl add cereal crumbs. To another bowl add eggs, sea salt, and 1 Tablespoon of both spice blends; whisk well. To the last bowl add flour, cornstarch, and remaining 1 tablespoon of both spice blends; stir well to combine.
- Working in batches, toss florets in flour mixture to coat, then transfer to egg mixture. Using a fork, turn florets until fully coated; lift to let excess egg drip off. Transfer to cereal crumbs and toss until fully coated.
Air Fry. Preheat air fryer at 400ºF for 5 minutes. Coat fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange breaded florets in a singer layer and air-fry 7 to 8 minutes, until golden and crispy. Brush each floret with buffalo sauce and air-fry for 1 to 2 additional minutes. Serve with buffalo ranch dip.
- Make Buffalo Ranch Dip. Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Taste; add more Buffalo Bleu Dip Spice Blend if more heat is desired.
